Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!  

If your mobile number is captured correctly in international format (+27), you will also get a WhatsApp notification.

 

COURIER DOOR DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the parcel. 

Click the "Pay Now" button to continue to payment.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using the following couriers; Fastway, Skynet, Ram, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, City Logistics and Citi-Sprint.

Delivery takes 4 – 6 working days from date of collection by courier.

Orders placed before 11h00 during store hours (08:00 – 17:00) will be booked for collection the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours (after 11h00) will be booked for collection on the next business day.

When your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

information. If your mobile number is captured correctly in international format (+27), you will also get a WhatsApp notification.

**We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT – Bob Box & Pargo

Orders can be picked up from any of over 4,000 Pargo collection points nationally, including Clicks, TFG, Silulo, Fresh Stop and many more including independent retailers nationwide. Simply choose a Pargo collection point closest to you at checkout. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You will also receive an SMS and a WhatsApp message from Pargo.

Orders can also be picked up from any Bob Box locker nationally. Simply choose a bob locker closest to you at checkout. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You will also receive an SMS and a WhatsApp from Internet Express.

If your mobile number is captured correctly in international format (+27), you will also get a WhatsApp notification.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible

at hello@vicetechmerchants.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
