Refund policy
Exchanges
We encourage customers to consult the size chart available next to each product to minimize chances of choosing incorrect sizes as it attracts costs to ship products between us and you, our valued customer.
We have a 14-day return policy for exchanges, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return,
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
- And in its original packaging.
- You need to quote your order number in all correspondence via WhatsApp, telephone or email.
- We only accept exchanges for items that are returned in their original condition.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We don't accept a return after 14 working days.
We charge a flat fee of R80 for collection of items being returned for exchanges.
- Once checked and approved, store credit (minus R80 collection charge) will be allocated to you to make a new purchase.
- All exchange returns will be refunded via store credit, minus the R80 return collection fee.
- If customer decided to request a refund instead. Then the refund policy below will apply. The return collection fee will be deducted form the refund for returns either than wrong or damaged items.

Please note that returns will be collected from your address by one of our accredited couriers.
Once we receive your return request:
- You will receive an email containing step by step instructions
- A return shipping label is attached to the email for you to print and attach to your parcel.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The email also contains a refund amount should the be a refund.

**We only accept exchanges for items that are returned in their original condition. Customers will be billed a flat fee of R80 for collection of items being returned for exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items claims will only be entertained if reported immediately upon receiving. Collection of returns are free of charge on an incorrect item delivery.
IMPORTANT! Damaged item must be reported immediately upon delivery and returned within 3 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on the day of refund approval or on the next business day. Please remember it can take some time between 3 and 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
